Zománc Bisztrócska

Bistro-style kitchen in an old pub building, this is Zománc Bisztrócska (“Bistro Little Red Pot” in Hungarian). The menu changes every two weeks, they cook with local spring water, traditional and seasonal ingredients. It also always features recipes from locals. György Jónás and Zsolt Szőke wanted to create a bistro that caters to everyone. They really bridged the gap between traditions, modern bistro kitchen, and amazing quality – you feel like you are visiting your grandma’s kitchen, and we all like that.
