Szabolcs Kozma, and his wife, Juliska have been making cheese since 2017 in Vokány. Szabolcs is the creative chef at Mandula Restaurant, therefore he was always curious to experiment with new products and techniques. The couple has found a home in a small village near Pécs, famous for its Benedictian abbey, dating back to 1183. This is where the name Trinitas derives as well as their drive to create dairy products following traditions. Soft, cottage and aged cheeses are all available in the atelier, as well as stifolder (swabian sausage) and Juliska’s delicious cheesecakes. The famous singer, Placido Domingo is a big fan of Trinitas cheeses, he tried everything after his concert in Pécs.
