The mediterranean style building of Terazza Bistro and Bar looks onto the beautiful Castle of Sümeg. Ádám Tóth chef built the menu around modern classics, and every ingredient champions local producers and flavours. The owners would like to recreate the harmony, beauty and the feeling of Mediterranean countries, and would like to provide an unforgettable experience for every guest.
We opened the restaurant in 2015 to focus on quality gastronomy and food experience. We wanted to spread the cheer of Mediterranean countries, and make their favourite dishes popular amongst Hungarians. Good cuisine, great service, and an even better atmosphere – this is our main goal. We only use the best ingredients possible, and wherever we can, we shop local. (Krisztina Holczer)
