Jenő Kocsis and his family have been working as butchers and with meat since 1893. They found it important to carry on with traditions and create a space where they can share their knowledge, expertise and love for quality. This is how Porc – Bistro, Deli and Terrace was born, an homage for heritage of Janő’s family traditions. Everything is handmade in the deli, and the most important element of service is always a heartfelt chat with the customer.
In 2018, they opened the Bistro, led by chef Kornél Tarlósi, who aims to create a menu based on local traditions, seasonality and of course, from the deli meat products. In 2021, the Terrace opened, bringing an immersive street food experience for the lovers of quality and flavours.
