Noszvaj is a small village between the Bükk Hills and Alföld (The Great Plain), where jam making is a centuries-old tradition. The people who live here cook jams on real wood fire, in small iron cast pots and with wooden spoon created to stir the thick deliciousness. The Pinter Family follows traditions to make incredible plum, apricot, and sour cherry jams. The whole family helps out, from harvesting to destoning the fruits, from cooking to packaging, and they are happy to involve anyone who is willing to experience the magic of making jam.
