Only an hour from the Hungarian capital, there is a beautiful house on the hill in Zebegény.
The dreamers behind Natura Hill Zebegény – Adrienn and Tibor Hodik – were economists, who created this almost zero-waste and self-sufficient establishment in 2014. The key is sustainability and everything in Natura Hill supports that, from the geothermal heating system to the organic slow food restaurant. There is no menu, Mihály Szilvási chef and Mátyás Angeli sous-chef create daily menus from seasonal and local ingredients, depending on availability. Not a fine- dining restaurant, not a bistro, but a truly special and unique kitchen that thrives on fresh produce from farmers in the area as well as their own herb and lavender garden.
The view is breathtaking, and Natura Hill is constantly growing, now with 3 new rooms, designed by Tibor and decorated by Adrienn. A true work of art!
