Konyhám (“My Kitchen” in Hungarian) has been trying to offer quality alternatives to classic lake-beach food since 2017. Gabriella Szikra has been working in restaurants and kitchens since she was 14, and this knowledge gave her the courage to transform a small shed into one of the most successful eateries of the south shore of Balaton.
