Végállomás (“Final Stop” in Hungarian) is a cosy bistro located in the former building of the Lillafüred train station. During the pandemic, the owners have reimagined the bistro’s concept and wanted to create a complex experience for their guests. The wine list was created by Béla Vállai, sommelier and the kitchen (lead by chef Ádám Darab, and creative chef Péter Várvizi) is driven by honest, home-cooking inspired meals, made from produce of local farmers and seasonal ingredients.The new concept is clearly working, Végállomas has bagged a numerous industry awards like Prima Primissima – Best Hospitality Unit.
