Blue Elephant

Kék Elefánt (Blue Elephant) is located in the busy downtown of Szeged, in a quiet courtyard. 

The owners, Zoltán Jarjabka and his family wanted to share their passion for coffee with the city. Zoltán, engineer by trade, had no idea he would work in hospitality, but during his travels he was constantly looking for a great coffee experience. His hobby turned into a passion and he found himself attending barista courses, and schools. His wife encouraged him to open his own specialty coffee place in 2016, and jump head first into the unknown, hospitality. A year later, the small caffe was named “the top 10 coffee shops” of Hungary by the prestigious Kávékorzó Magazine. The team keeps growing and they keep themselves busy with courses, attending barista competitions, learning from professionals and consumers alike to bring the best coffee to YOU!
