The owner of Artizán Budapest, Gergő Fekete traveled and worked through Europe to unlock the true secret of sourdough bread. He was away for 11 years, and worked as a manager, waiter, and chef to learn everything possible about hospitality and the industry itself. He is a baker and a blogger, who abandoned a project in Scotland to move home and start his own establishment.
His goal? To bake real bread from real, quality ingredients. Only flour, sourdough starter, water and salt, plus a not so secret ingredient: love! The team at Artizan puts their hearts and souls into work every single day, to make everyone’s day brighter with a smile and a delicious baked good.
